We recognize that flexibility is a fundamental aspect of wine club management. Our “Modify Delivery Preference” feature empowers you to tailor memberships and customize them directly for your customers, ensuring their experience aligns perfectly with their preferences.

How to Use the “Modify Delivery Preference” Feature:

1. Log In to Your Account: Begin by logging into your Corksy account through our user-friendly platform.
2. Visit the Membership Page: Navigate to the Wine Club tab and select the Membership Page.
3. Edit Customer Preferences: Click “Action” followed by “Edit” for the customer you wish to modify. Scroll down to the “Preferred Delivery Method” box.
4. Choose Pickup or Ship: From the Preferred Delivery Method box, simply select either “Pickup” or “Ship” as the preferred delivery method. Don’t forget to scroll down and hit “Save.”

This update will apply to the customer’s current open wine club packages and all future shipments, ensuring their wine club experience aligns perfectly with their needs.
