  2. Access Wine Club Orders: Navigate to the wine club orders section, where you can view the status of all orders.
  3. Identify Non-Compliant Orders: Non-compliant wine club orders will be clearly marked for easy identification. Simply click on the order that requires modification.
  4. Modify Products: Next to the order, you will notice an alert indicating “Failed Compliance” with a “View Details” message.
  5. Make Necessary Changes: Click “Edit” to remove products that do not meet compliance requirements. If the issue pertains to an uncompliant address, you can edit the address directly within the order.
  6. Reprocess Order: After making the required adjustments, simply click “Save,” and the order will be automatically reprocessed. This ensures a smooth and compliant transaction.
  7. Notify the Customer (if needed): Depending on the changes made, it may be necessary to communicate with the customer to inform them of any modifications or substitutions to their order. Clear and polite communication ensures transparency and customer satisfaction.
