This powerful addition to our Winery POS System empowers administrators to seamlessly add customers to wine club memberships directly from the POS, ensuring a swift and personalized experience.
Navigate to the Customer Tab:
Log in to the POS and head to the Customer Tab, where you’ll find a comprehensive list of your customers and their details.
Select the Customer:
Locate the customer you wish to enroll in a wine club. Click on “Actions” and then select “Assign Wine Club.”
Add to Wine Club Membership:
On the customer’s profile page, discover the option to “Add to Wine Club Membership.”
Choose the Wine Club:
If you have multiple wine club memberships, you’ll be prompted to choose the specific one for the customer.
Set Shipping and Billing Details:
Define primary shipping, billing, and payment details, streamlining the process for future wine club shipments.
Record the Sale:
The POS automatically logs the staff member responsible for the sale and wine club signup. Access detailed reports in the Admin Portal for valuable insights.
